Salary for Diploma Candidates
Rs. 15,600/- CTC PM, Take Home Rs. 12719/- PM(Approx.)+Incentive (Attendance Bonus) 2000/- + Food 460/-

=15179/- Per Month in hand 

Salary for BSC Candidates
Rs. 15,600/- CTC PM, Take Home Rs. 12719/- PM(Approx.)+Incentive (Attendance Bonus) 2000/- + Food 460/-
=15179/- Per Month in hand 

Salary for ITI/BA/Bcom Candidates
Rs. 13500/- CTC PM, Take Home Rs. 10819/- PM(Approx.)+Incentive (Attendance Bonus) 2000/- + Food 460/-=13279/- Per Month in hand

Salary for 12th Pass Candidates
Rs. 12300/- CTC PM, Take Home Rs. 9619/- PM(Approx.)+Incentive (Attendance Bonus) 2000/- + Food 460/-=12079/- Per Month in hand

Gender- Only Male Candidates

Qualification-
12th, BA/Bcom ITI (All Technical Trade), Diploma (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Instrument, Electronic and Telecommunication)

Age Criteria - Maximum 28 Years

Working Hour- 8hrs

Job Type
Fixed Term Contract for 1 Year, after 1 year contract will be renewed based on Performance
Increment

After completion of one year each associate is entitled for Increment from Rs. 300 to Rs. 1,800/- per month based on Performance and other parameters.
Incentive apart from Salary
Incentive scheme on different parameters like attendance up to Rs 2000 PM, Production & Quality with rate up to Rs. 500/- PM for each parameter

a)   Rs. 2,000+ PF (Employee & Employer) Contribution will be credited in Employee PF account Monthly

Self (Employee has to pay). Average Monthly Rental would be Rs. 1000 to Rs. 1200
